I am interested in the evolution of biological diversity. I study the role of ecology and natural selection, mating behavior and sexual selection on the evolution of new species. I am particularly interested on incipient stages of speciation and also on the sequence of adaptations and specializations that organisms undergo after the colonization of new habitats.
