The continous improvement of the servicies that the National Museum of Natural Sciences offers is one of the main priorities. It is essential for this institution to provide to all people that come the channels required for they participation. This channels are established in our Service Charter.

Everyone can participate in the improvement of our servicies. To do it, they must send the complains and suggestions form. This institution is part of the CSIC State Agency.
