Effective Collaboration in Research
This course is aimed at researchers in the natural sciences who wish to participate in or set up and lead collaborative projects. In consists in 8 hours of Nature Masterclasses lectures with 2 hours of discussion and 15 minute lessons. The course will include subtitles and transcripts in English.
The learning outcomes of this course include:
- Understanding the different forms, benefits, and challenges of collaborative research.
- Developing key collaborative skills such as communication and teamwork.
- Learning how to initiate and run a successful collaboration.
- Learning how to maximize the value of, and conclude, a collaborative project.

Técnicas de Machine Learning basadas en árboles y su aplicación en Ciencias Naturales con R
El objetivo del curso es aprender de forma práctica y teórica a utilizar las principales técnicas de Aprendizaje Computacional (o aprendizaje automático) basadas en árboles, comprendiendo en profundidad cómo funcionan. El curso va dirigido a investigadores de cualquier rama de las ciencias naturales y cualquier nivel académico.

Técnicas avanzadas de regresión en ciencias naturales y su aplicación con R
El objetivo del curso es presentar de forma teórica y práctica las técnicas de regresión avanzadas y su aplicación a las ciencias naturales. El curso va dirigido a investigadores y personal científico-técnico con experiencia previa en estadística (i.e., equivalente a una licenciatura o ingeniería).
